Refund Policy

At ThundraDrive Arena, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We strive to provide an exceptional experience every time you race with us. However, we understand that plans change, and issues can arise. Please review our refund policy below: 1. Simulator Sessions Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future booking. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, but we may offer credit at our discretion depending on circumstances. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or credit. 2. Memberships & Subscriptions Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused time. Yearly memberships cancelled within 7 days of purchase and without usage may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to a processing fee). 3. Event Bookings Private event bookings require a 50% deposit, refundable if cancelled at least 7 days before the event date. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be possible based on availability. 4. Merchandise Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved. Custom or limited-edition items are non-refundable unless defective. 5. Exceptional Circumstances If you experience a technical issue or service disruption during your session, please notify a staff member immediately. We will review the case and may offer a refund, credit, or reschedule based on the situation.
